My story of how I overcame diabetes….

Hi, let me begin by stating I was a type 2 diabetic patient. When initially diagnosed with the disorder be developed low blood pressure. That’s when I started feeling – oh no the problem’s much deeper than I thought. Now, I started seriously looking after my health. I changed my diet plan and exercise schedule, but again I realized that this alone would not help. Along with this, I needed some oral medications. My hereditary diabetes under control…

I have a family history of diabetes – owing to this it’s not surprising that I too was diagnosed with the same at age 17. It gets so frustrating after a point when you have to limit yourself to certain sugar free foods etc, that too at an age when you just can’t resist various foods. For 3 years, I was on synthetic oral medications; however, it didn’t seem to be making much of a difference. I wanted something that would really help me in my disorder.
